How can I set up my Flex BrightSign device to display 4K content

First you will need to make sure your device BrightSign supports 4K content playback. Please refer to this list of models to find out.

Next you will need to contact our support team to request 4K functionality enabled on your player. When contacting support please include your device's name in XhibitSignage CMS, and the model of your BrightSign device.
