Device Offline Notifications

Device Offline Notifications will help you determine when your device has gone offline and may need to have the power reset. When your device does go offline you will receive an email to the designated account.

Setting up Device Offline Notifications.

  • The first step to setting up your device offline notifications is to go into your device library..
  • After you have entered your device library you will want to find an envelope icon.
  • The envelope icon is where you will be able to set up your device offline notifications.
  • To begin simply click the icon.

  • After you have clicked the envelope icon you will be brought to a window where you can choose to apply your email to all devices or specific emails to devices individually.
  • You also have the option to set up the frequency of the email you receive based on what devices went offline recently.
  • The frequency here refers to the occurrence of emails sent based on the last activity of the device
