Recommended file formats for Xhibit devices
Video: MP4 container with h.264 codec-This is a very common video container with the codec that provides great quality in small file sizes. A higher quality video (720p, 1080p) will have higher file size, and as such will take longer to upload to Xhibitsignage.com. However, using high-resolution or high-bitrate videos will not disrupt playback on your device, so choose a resolution and bitrate that best fits your desired size and quality needs.

Image: JPEG- Recommended max resolution of 1920x1080px, but larger images will be scaled to fit. As usual, higher quality images will have higher file size, but this will not disrupt playback on Xhibit.

To upload media to Xhibitsignage.com, follow the instructions found here: https://support.mvixusa.com/customer/portal/articles/1170654-how-do-i-upload-content-to-my-media-library-on-xhibitsignage-com-
