How do I know if my order has shipped?

In most cases, we ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped via Standard Shipping services. As soon as the package is ready for carrier pickup, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address on the order. This shipping confirmation email contains the following information:

  • Package Tracking No. (DHL / FEDEX / UPS or USPS)
  • Shipping Date
  • Destination Address
  • Shipping Carrier Information
