How do I know if my order has shipped?

In most cases, we ship all orders within 24-48 hrs. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped via Standard Shipping services. As soon as the package is readied for carrier pickup, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address on the order. This shipping confirmation email contains the following information:

  • Package Tracking No. (DHL / FEDEX / UPS or USPS),
  • Shipping Date,
  • Destination Address,
  • Shipping Carrier Information.

If you cannot find your e-mail confirmation please check your deleted e-mail box or the spam mail folder. Anti-spam filters are the most common reason for missing e-mail confirmations. Kindly set your email filters to allow emails from mvixusa.com

You can use this Order Tracking Number to track your order 24-hrs after the order gets shipped out. (Kindly note that it may take about 24-hrs for the shipping carriers to update the tracking system).
