Please note that we follow some strict guidelines to protect our customers and others. Here is our standard operating procedure with respect to Shipping versus Billing Address Issue:
- We ship to the billing address of the credit card used or an alternate ship to address on file with your credit card company. Call your credit card customer service and request them to list the shipping address you want to receive products purchased on the internet as your "alternate ship to address".
- If you would like to send the purchase as a gift and the shipping address is not registered with your credit card company, please call us at (866) 310-4923 before placing an order.
- All orders with unconfirmed shipping address will be put ON-HOLD until verified, and subsequently CANCELLED if no action is taken within 7 business days.
- Please note that Mvix(USA), Inc. performs additional verification for orders placed with different shipping and billing addresses. All orders with different shipping and billing addresses are required to complete the Mvix Credit Card Verification Form
