How can I change my Order?

If you have made a mistake or would like to change any items from your order, please contact our customer service department at sales@mvixusa.com or (866) 310 4923. Kindly note that orders cannot be changed once processed.

Please be sure to include your order number, name, and telephone number. You can find your order number in the confirmation email that you received after placing the order. We will be glad to change or correct your order if we hear from you in time. Please make sure you do this as soon as you realize you need to change the order. If the order has been shipped, then you will need to follow our RMA guidelines. All our orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
