How do I get technical help on the Commercial Displays?

If you have purchased a complete signage kit - it includes an LED Flat Panel Display.

All Display Panel troubleshooting, DOA and warranty repairs and replacements are provided by Phillips directly.  

Phillips Support can be reached at 877-835-1838, during the hours of 10 a.m.  - 9 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.

Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Location of Unit
  • Purchase Date
  • Description of Problem
  • Contact Name/Phone Number

A case number will be provided to you by Phillips.  Phillips will then assign a service center to you, and will contact you to schedule the repair of your unit.  

Please note - any wall mounted displays will need to be dismounted before the arrival of the technician.  

Phillips will in most cases have a appointment for repair within 5-7 business days.
