How can I return the product?
At Mvix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we accept items returned within 30 days from date of receipt.
Refund Policy - A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be given for orders returned within 30-days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, new condition and include all original packaging and parts. Opened items with incomplete accessories / packaging / missing parts will receive a refund of the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Installation, training, shipping, freight, client-specific setup costs or any custom products or services are non-refundable. Upon cancellation or termination of the service, you will not receive a refund for any charges or fees associated with the remaining duration of the service (if any).
Incomplete / Misrepresented / Opened Returns:
Opened items with incomplete accessories / packaging / missing parts will receive a refund of the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Return for a refund of all unopened display LCD / LED TVs/monitors will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Opened display LCD / LED TVs or monitors cannot be returned. Mvix reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20% of the sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in a 20% restocking fee plus a penalty based on the condition of the product.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To return an item, simply contact our support team to request a return authorization (RMA). All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products that are not eligible for return-refund and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us. This includes, but not limited to:
- Any product that is returned without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Request an RMA
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Commercial LCD TVs / monitors 37" and larger.
- Special Order custom-built products, kits or devices.
- Software licenses, application fees and cloud-storage costs.
- Custom Training sessions
We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error.
If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, please email us! We will straighten it out. Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
